sorted out for E's and Ssssss

ahhhhhh...

exxxxhausted.

Emphasis on the E.

Yes, foray number 2 this year into the world of illicit substances... the fabulous woman I keep waking up with and I took a hit of E each and went to an amazing art show...Hiro Yamagata...deals with prisms and lights and LOTS of mirrored cubes and lasers. I couldn't believe that I couldn't take the whole setup home and live with it for a few years. One of the rooms was all white, but pitch black (light-wise) except for a nanosecond every five seconds when the strobes lit up and burned the images of every single person in your peripheral vision into your retinas...at least until you moved your head in the dark, when every image moved on the axis with your head, and the world became very disorienting.

we laughed and giggled and kissed and hugged each other all over town. sitting on the train felt like the whole world was in soft focus and we were in extreme close-up, close and smiling and talking about deep secrets and being absolutely charged and comfortable (a heightened version of why I liked her to begin with).

and after we got home, Rachel (the roommate) got many hugs and so did D. when he wandered in from work. We ate sugary snacks, giggled, hugged, danced to the Detroit Grand Pubas ("you can be the bun girl/I can be the burger man/and we can make sandwiches..." and the rest was bed and warmth and biting and kisses and wonderful.

You can imagine the rest. I'm not telling.

But I'm late for work, and I'm going to ignore the data for a few minutes when I sit down, look at the digital pictures we took while soaring on chemicals, and laugh laugh laugh.

Hee.
